The Forum on Law, Culture, & Society is hosting Fordham Law School’s First Annual Film Festival to provide a unique forum for New Yorkers to discuss the way legal issues are examined and illuminated in art and popular culture. “All festival films were chosen because of their connection to legal issues, the legal system, and the moral longings for justice,” said Thane Rosenbaum, director of the Forum on Law, Culture, & Society and Fordham’s John Whelan Distinguished Lecturer in Law. The Fordham Law School Film Festival includes seven nights of films at three Lincoln Center locations. Screenings will be followed by discussions led by actors, writers and legal professionals.
