Why are artists endlessly inspired to create novels, TV shows, and films about the law? How do actors transform themselves into courtroom-prowling, justice-seeking attorneys? Why is the public so fascinated by the legal system and justice at work? Join us, listen in, and participate in the Conversations at the Forum on Law, Culture & Society.
The Conversations take place in a dynamic and engaging town hall setting at the Time Warner Headquarters where the legal system, important political issues, and influential newsmakers, all come alive. Engage with contemporary artists, public intellectuals, and legal professionals. Discover how law and justice are integrated into the broader culture. Discuss the big issues of the day. And listen to smart, witty and entertaining talk at the Forum.
Our Conversations are free and open to the public, so bring a friend or two—along with your own questions and perspectives.
The Forum on Law, Culture & Society is made possible through the generous support of HBO, David Anders, Harvey S. Feuerstein, Robert W. Hollweg, Dr. and Mrs. Gary Klein, LF Foundation, Inc., T.J. and Nancy Maloney, Brett A. Paul, in loving memory of Marcus Retter, from Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Retter, David and Jane Preiser, and Paul Washington. We offer special gratitude to Howard and Sandy Tytel.
